Is it ethical (or whatever) to grate a chunk of your knuckle into a pile of cheese, pull out the chunk of skin, and eat then the cheese anyway?

- Tales from a self-proclaimed Aussie Nomad in Shanghai. It took me all of my first 20 years to leave Australia, finally ending up in Dili, East Timor in 2000. And like the best journeys, its final destination is a mystery.

In China, cheese is expensive. So, to answer your question - yes, in China, this is ok.
As long as no one saw it but you it never happened. Also remember the 5 second rule can be applied to this situation.
