I did have models for these, the green one was myself, from a photo my boyfriend Phil took for the purpose of painting from it. The yellow one was from a photo Phil took of a Russian model (he's a professional photographer and I often like his photos enough to paint them.) It sure beats painting naked in front of a mirror!
