pedestrians to climb over them on these pedestrian bridges. This is a
great idea to cut down on pedestrian casulties, however many of the
bridges (such as this on on Yanan Rd and Jiangsu Rd) do not have
escalators. This poses a major problem for anyone with disabilities,
or even just parents with prams. It's a great example of a good idea
that just wasn't followed through logically.
